Raining hard again now
I hate how peopleï compare Frank Zappa to God. I mean, he's cool and great and nice and everything, but he's no Zappa.

Yes millions being spent, but still no-one undertakes basic tasks like clearing the drainage channels alongside the roads and unblocking the drains, which would stop the water cascading down the hills into the centre of town.

Anyway, it's a grey and cloudy start to the day, it's not raining as I write. Temperature at 0905am is 18.1ºC and the air is very damp, the humidity thing says 88%.

The radar shows a few showers over the hills to the north and some also out to sea, but it does look like most of the rain has passed during the night and early morning. So a dry afternoon coming, still cloudy and perhaps up to 21ºC.

Winter draws on though. The wind will be shifting around to come from the north, bringing cold dry air from tomorrow. Daytimes won't be much more than 16 or 17ºC, night-times down into single figures, as low as 6ºC in some sheltered places. That pattern will be with us over the weekend and into the middle of next week at least.

A bright sunny start to the day but, relatively speaking, it's cold. Temperature at 0845am is 10.9ºC outside my back door, a much lower number than I have written for a very long time!

It's cold dry air coming from the north, so today we won't have more than about 16ºC. It will be cold again tonight, down to 7 or 8ºC.

There's little or no change coming for Friday and Saturday. in fact we should have this weather system with us well into next week.

Sunny again, but cold 8.5ºC at 0800hrs. Today will be very similar to yesterday, sunny all day maximum temperature 16ºC in a very light north wind.

Tonight could see temperature fall to 6ºC away from the coast, 7 or 8 again in town.

The weekend will be very much the same as today, maybe a little cloud around.

And next week, little change if any, with the high pressure zone set in over the centre of Spain sending the same cold air down to us. So sunny days, cold nights.

And another bright and sunny morning, not a cloud to be seen, a bit breezy though judging by the flags. Temperature at 0850am is 9.9ºC here in Páteo.

High today no more than 15 or 16ºC.

Cold again tonight, 6 or 7ºC. No change for Sunday or Monday, until Thursday in fact. For Thursday and Friday the outlook forecast currently suggests cloudy days with a fair chance of some showers, but no warmer.

Repeat of yesterday - sunshine, light breeze, temperature at 1005am is 12ºC.  We will have maybe 16ºC this afternoon, in the direct sun it will be very pleasant.

Tonight it will fall to around 7 or 8ºC.

Same weather expected for Monday and Tuesday. From Wednesday onwards it could be a little warmer, cloudy and with a chance of some light showers here and there.

And again, blue sky, 11.9ºC at 1000am. Barely any wind this morning though. As has been the case this past few days, we will have a sunny day with maximum temperature around 16ºC this afternoon.

And again, tonightwill be pretty cold for the area, down to 5 or 6 out in the countryside, maybe 7 or 8 in town among the buildings.

Same goes for Tuesday and Wednesday. From Thursday, the wind is going to shift around to come more from the east. That will bring slightly warmer daytime temperatures but with a bit of cloud.  There's a fair chance of some showers on Sunday and Monday.

The day has dawned much as it has been this past few days, except there is a big bank of cloud out on the horizon. Won't come our way though.

Temperature at 0745am is 9.5ºC, the flags are fluttering in a light breeze from the east.

Maximum today 17ºC, warmer in the direct sun.

Cold-ish again tonight, down to 7 - 9ºC depending on where you are.

Tomorrow will be a little cloudy with temperatures similar to today's, Thursday as well. Slightly warmer weather is coming our way from Friday, but that will be accompanied by some rain with the chances of there being a lot of rain increasing through the weekend until Monday.

It's a bit cloudy this morning and a little warmer than it has been. Temperature at 0840am is 11.2ºC, cloud is high and scattered though and there is a steady breeze from the east.

It will stay cloudy, maximum temperature around 18ºC.

Tonight again will see the temperature fall to between 8 and 10ºC, depending on where you are.

There's not going to be any real change for the next couple of days, but cloud will be increase during and Friday and Saturday. There is a fair to middling chance of rain on Sunday, highly like to be raining on Monday. Temperatures about the same as they will be today.

A pleasant day outside, sun's out with just a few high trails of cloud. Temperature at 1125am is 13.9ºC, there is a very light breeze. This afternoon we could have 18ºC as yesterday.

Tonight will be around 8ºC, a little warmer near the coast and in town.

Tomorrow will start of fair but cloud will increase. A change in the wind direction will bring  warmer air, daytime could reach 21ºC.  Saturday could be warmer still, especially at night, but rather cloudy.

Sunday should be fine and dry but for Monday the forecast says there's a 99% chance of rain, with temperature falling back to 18 or 19. There will be a chance of further light rain and showers right through to the end of next week.

Another pleasant and sunny morning, a little bit of cloud around which will increase later. Temperature at 10.25am is 13.5ºC, there is barely any wind. It will stay mainly sunny and we could have as high as 20ºC this afternoon.

It will turn cold again tonight, down to perhaps as low as 7ºC. Warmer but damper air comes in tomorrow, daytime very cloudy but maybe 22ºC. Night-time tomorrow much warmer than it has been, 12ºC. Sunday will see some scattered light showers moving across the area, turning to longer spells o f rain, temperature still around 20ºC.

Monday will be a rainy day, 100% certainty they say.  After that, a few more mainly dry days before a damp looking weekend.

It's cloudy this morning, especially looking out to sea, but the sun is peeping through. Temperature at 0900hrs is 15.6ºC, there is a light wind.

It will will stay cloudy, temperature could reach a very acceptable 22ºC this afternoon. We are not expecting any rain today.

Different picture tomorrow, cooler temperature (but still above average for the time of year) but rain is going to be with us, on and off right through the day as a weather front passes over. Heavy showers are coming on Monday, then it gets better for a few days.

It is quite bright this morning, although there is some cloud around in the distance. Temperature at 0915am is 15.3ºC, there is barely any wind. There are scattered showers around to the north and south of us, we may get the odd one or two later today. maximum temperature around 19ºC.

Anyone flying today could be in for a bumpy ride. There are all manner of dire weather warnings for  the north of the country.

Tonight won't be so bad, temperature will fall to around 11 or 12, some showers still around, possibly heavy with some strong winds. Tomorrow will also be a showery day, similar temperature to today.

After that little lot passes over, we should have a couple of decent days before more rainy weather arrives on Thursday or Friday.
