It did get very cloudy yesterday afternoon but the rain stayed away.

Today it's another bright, sunny morning. Currently 13C/56F after a not so bad night, down to 11C/52F.  Expecting 18C/65F this afternoon and although it might get cloudy once more, the rain should stay away.

Very light wind, variable in direction, but mainly from the north so that keeps everything calm and dry. Sunday and Monday should be very much the same. Spring is sprung?

Started bright but clouding over now. Temperature 14C/58F, very light wind from the north/north-east.

Expected to reach 17C/62F this afternoon, not quite as warm as the past few days still a little above average for the time of year.

No rain anywhere near, so another dry day almost certainly.

The weather does look settled and the weekend is not going to be very different, fairly warm, a bit of cloud and dry. What a contrast to last January!

Looks like being another boring day of bright blues skies, sunshine and 17 or 18C this afternoon; that's 62 - 64F. It felt positively hot yesterday afternoon, sitting in the sun.

Current temperature is 15C/59F, light dry wind from the north. No rain around. Tonight it will feel a little cool, temperatures down to 8 or 9C, that's 46 - 48F.

Not much change expected for the next two or three days except perhaps a biut more cloud. Enjoy.

A bright but cool start to the day, just 10C.50F at 9am. Not a cloud in the sky though and we should see 19C/67F this afternoon. But the clear skies and the wind from the north means another fairly cool night tonight.

Nothing on the radar to suggest any rain but it has been getting fairly cloudy in the afternoons, so don't rule it out completely.

Tomorrow is going to be pretty simila, a little cooler perhaps on Friday.

Got that wrong! It was raining quite hard a couple of hours ago but it's clearing up now. Just a thin band of showers crossing west to east and it looks like being dry for the remainder of the day.

Current temperature is 14c/58f, a touch warmer than yesterday and we should be seeing 18 or 19C this afternoon, that's 62 - 64F and still warm for the time of year. The wind is very light and from the west.

Tomorrow expected to be much the same, a little cooler but still very pleasant on Thursday.

The ten day forecast (see top item) suggests that the next few days will be very nice.

Bright sunshine and blue sky this morning, not a cloud to be seen. Excellent because my washing will get dry!

Current temperature 13C/56F which will rise to about 18C/62F this afternoon. There is almost no wind but what there is comes from the north, so it will be a little cooler especially at night over the next two or three days. There is no rain expected today or tomorrow.

Earlier it was rather misty but that is clearing away now. There is a lot of cloud rolling up from the west on a light wind and it looks like showers are on the way.

Current temperature is 13C/55F which will rise to 18C/62F later. But the radar does show a very heavy shower just west of Lagos and it is coming this way.

Tomorrow and Tuesday look like being nice days, mainly sunny and quite warm for the time of year.

It's a warm but wet start to the day. Raining at the moment and more to come. Current temperature is 16C/61F, with a fairly stiff breeze from the south-west. That's bringing a band of showers, some quite heavy, which will cross the region during the day. The cloud cover is very dark out to sea, so the rain could be a bit more than showers.

Temperature will reach 17 or 18C later, that's 62- 64F.

Sunday and Monday are expected to be drier and brighter, staying warm for the time of year.

Warm but wet! Nearly half an inch of (1.14cm)  rain last night. Temperature at 11am 16C/61F , sky cloudy and rather misty and dank looking out to sea. There's a steady moderate wind from the west at the moment. This afternoon should see 18C/65F but there are a lot of showers around. The weekend is expected to also be warm with a good bit of rain, especially on Saturday. A bit cooler by Sunday.

Update 15.15 hrs much brighter now, sun is out, terrific glare off the sea as I look out of the window. Temperature 17.6C/637F. Jealous anyone?

Grey, overcast but very warm and very humid. Currently 16C/61F with a moderate wind from the Southwest. That's bringing moist air from across the sea today. There are quite a few showers around so we might get a little wet later. Today's high around 18C/64F, which is very much above average for the time of year.

It looks like that's the situation for Friday and Saturday as well, although cooler and a bit more sunshine on Saturday.

A cloudy and misty start to the day. The sun is just beginning to break through though. Current temperature 13C/58F, which should rise to around 17C/62F this afternoon. There's a light wind from the east. Later today the wind is expected to shift round to the south-west and this might mean some showers later in the day.

Further light showers expected tomorrow, manly dry with sunny spells on Friday and staying warm.

A bright sunny morning here in  Albufeira, temperature 14C/57F, light wind from the east. it should stay dry today but will get a bit cloudier as the day goes on. This afternoon we could get 16 or 17C (62 - 64F) if the sun stays out. That's above average for the time of year.

Make the most of it. Rain is forecast for Wednesday and Thursday.

I cannot deny that I did not see any weather on Saturday until rather late in the day!

Anyway, on Monday morning it is rather cloudy and dull. There's almost no wind. Current temperature 12C/54F which might get to 16C/60F this afternoon. Just a slight chance of a light shower later perhaps.

Expected to be a little brighter and warmer on Tuesday and Wednesday.
