Condominium Vale Santa Maria

I hadn't realised till I looked on google earth that the road from the Dolphin Roundabout down to the top of Rua Samora Barros is called Rua Vale de Santa Maria, so the apartments must be somewhere near the entrance to Albufeira Jardim I.  I've done a search and come up with "Andy's Albufeira Apartments".  Andy owns five apartments in the area and he is also advertising the Vale Santa Maria one on Owners Direct, but it may be out of date as the availability chart is empty!  However he does own one called the Latino Apartment, which someone on this forum has stayed at and recommended.  I don't know whether a search would bring it up, but I seem to remember that the poster said Andy was very helpful and efficient.  One point to note is that the pool which renters have the use of is about 500m away from the Vale Santa Maria apartment.
