follow the strip to the beach and evrything you need is on the way or on the beach. quite easy to get to beaches either side of main oura beach

Dave, have a look at this map courtesy of Cubsur, it shows the themed roundabouts and will give you an idea of the resort
Also have a look at the free tourist guide provided by Pete Knopp who owns the cottage restaurant situated on The Strip There are 6 pages with lots of info on and there is a good tourist map on page 2 which shows that the area is just not about the strip itself but other areas of Oura/ Areias Sao Joao & St Eulalia You could also look at freemaps were you can download to pdf format, lots of info on those also. There are 2 for The Strip & 2 for the old town

I noticed that the Rock Café was closed on Wednesday night when I walked past. I cannot remember an evening when I last saw it closed.
Need to check this out unless someone gets there first. The only place open on the square was Sir Harry's, featuring the Neil Diamond impersonator. |
