If you get down to the marina in Albufeira, look up Joe in the gate4 cafe, his brother does trips on a pirate ship, if that's not going out at the moment, he knows everyone down there , so he will be able to hook you up!

Gate4 was closed last week, a few of the cafes at the marina were open and quite busy for the time of year.
