Phantom, in the area of north west UK where I come from, Spanish German French, Italian courses but no Portuguese, we have a big college in Manchester called Cervantes teaching Spanish, and apparently very popular. Why is it that most colleges teach all sorts of languages yet none seem to learn mainland Portuguese? The course was held in Milton Keynes around 2004/5 - don't think the woman was called Sonia.
