Wow I have only just read this topic after arriving home late yesterday & surprised mods/admin have not intervened. I am no party pooper the lady had advertised 5 sunbeds with bleached/faded webbing on them due to the sun, maybe someone who maybe is short on cash would take them, after all they are around €60 each for new ones. I for one know the normal all plastic ones are €25/30 each and don't last anytime if you are renting to folks who don't care how they treat them. Sorry guys but this is not nice taking the p***. This especially goes to rightmind who thinks its a joke. Edit: ok the one with the broken arm maybe not advertise it. I also see rightmind has logged just off after my posting, wonder why.16 postings on this topic and a total of 24 postings as a member.

I hope the sunbeds went to a good home. It is a recession after all and we could all do with adopting a make do/mend attitude. Whilst I see the funny side in the banter (it was amusing to read) it perhaps went too far when then individual concerned clearly didn't see the funny side.

I bought 2 beds and 4 toppers from the woman on here who had the holiday flats nr Vale Navio. Saved a few quid and fine for home use and as Pauline says, they dont last long in the sun so why spend a fortune. Can't remember when I last lay on one but thats another story.

From a personal point of view (i can't speak for others) it was the mention of the damaged lounger that prompted my first & only comment on them.... i then went with the flow of banter!

To be fair if you were new to a site and the response you got was as above, would you continue to post on it?

I wouldn't make my first ever post a sales pitch.
