I hope you all had a good laugh at my expense.

Perhaps one of you ' clever' people can  explain how to advertise a second hand item without facing the ridicule.

My father used to  say some people shouldnt be allowed to vote - I think some people shouldnt be allowed to have a computer

I have half a tube of super-glue to sell.
Its a bit crusty (just like me).
Its just the right type of glue to fix a bust sun lounger.
That said, I don't think it is suitable to convert a 'fli' into a 'flip' though!

Deal done- I will pm you my details.

For all of you bargain hunters I have a slightly, ok worn-out, used front door mat, embroidered picture of António de Eça de Queiroz  in center, open to offers.... Could be of interest for a holiday let apartment.
Nothing I write will ever make sense..

Up till this episode I always thought Albufeira.com was a useful tool but have come to the conclusion that it is populated with small minded petty  little children whose outlook is so incredibly idiotic.
Moderator - if you allow these idiots to continue their petty vendetta then shame on you
PS Sunloungers sold to someone who saw the value

LynnK, I don't think these comments were meant to be personal to you but it's the same when you're e-mailing.  You start out with a genuine message that might have humour in it (either intentional or unintentional) and as you know, as more people see it and add to it the context of the original message disappears.
I am sure you will see the funny side and realise that the forum is a great tool and provides invaluable advice and as you have seen first hand, a bit of banter amongst the members.

I  beg to differ, people on here don't want adverts for crap, there are enough of them out there.
Lynn should have looked at the site before jumping in with her tat for sale.

Wow I have only just read this topic after arriving home late yesterday & surprised mods/admin have not intervened. I  am no party pooper the lady had advertised 5 sunbeds with bleached/faded webbing on them due to the sun, maybe someone who maybe is short on cash would take them, after all they are around €60 each for new ones. I for one know the normal all plastic ones are €25/30 each and don't last anytime if you are renting to folks who don't care how they treat them. Sorry guys but this is not nice taking the p***. This especially goes to rightmind who thinks its a joke.
Edit: ok the one with the broken arm maybe not advertise it.
I also see rightmind has logged just off after my posting, wonder why.16 postings on this topic and a total of 24 postings as a member. Shocked
